Leadership & School Roles
I enjoy helping others and being a positive example at school.
School Leadership Roles
Peer Buddy
As a Peer Buddy, I used my PE time to support students who needed extra help during activities. I stayed with them, explained the games clearly, and encouraged them to try their best. This helped them feel included and more confident. It also taught me patience and how to understand different challenges.
Safety Controller
As a Safety Controller, I helped students line up safely after school and get to their buses in an organized way. I worked closely with teachers to keep dismissal calm and smooth. This supported the school in keeping everyone safe. Through this role, I became more responsible and aware of my surroundings.
Homework Ambassador
As a Homework Ambassador, I volunteered after school to help students who needed extra support with their homework. I explained lessons step by step and encouraged them when they felt unsure. This helped students gain confidence in their learning. It also helped me grow as a listener and supporter.
Student Council Representative
As a Student Council Representative, I represented my grade and shared students’ ideas with school leaders. I helped suggest improvements and worked on school-wide initiatives. This made students feel heard and included. It also helped me build confidence and improve my communication skills.
These leadership experiences have helped me grow into a more confident, responsible, and caring student.
Co-Founder — Raise Hearts
As a co-founder of Raise Hearts, I actively participate in organizing community outreach projects, including food distribution for people experiencing homelessness, school supply drives, and volunteer initiatives that support families in need. Being involved in these projects has strengthened my leadership skills, teamwork, and commitment to serving the community.
What leadership means to me
Leadership means being kind, helping others, and doing the right thing even when it’s hard.
